This transaction represents Collision Works’ initial platform acquisition into the Kansas market. The three collision locations serve the Greater Wichita Metro Area of Kansas, including the Northwest location near Wichita State University, the Downtown location, serving the heart of Wichita, and the Derby location, serving the Southern Wichita Metro market. The acquisition also includes an auto repair service center, associated with the NorthWest location, as well an auto glass company and a towing service.

“The acquisition of the three Auto Masters collision locations is an important step in executing our strategic plan by expanding into adjacent markets to better serve our insurance partners and consumers,” said Jake Nossaman, Collision Works’ Chief Executive Officer. “Auto Masters is a respected provider of collision services in the Southern Kansas market. We are honored to build on that reputation, and to welcome the Auto Masters team members to the Collision Works family as we continue to provide peace of mind repairs for our customers. We are certainly excited about obtaining their towing company, glass replacement services, and automotive repair service center as well.”
