We’re here to help! Call us 24/7 and start the process of repairing your vehicle.

Yes, Collision Works is OPEN to serve you!

As an essential business, Collision Works is open and here for YOU! Rest assured that once Collision Works has your vehicle, we will repair it and return it to you as quickly as possible. Collision Works has more than 30 locations across two states and deep relationships with our suppliers. We will use every resource available to safely repair your vehicle and return it to you in a timely manner. You will not be without your vehicle due to any unforeseen facility closure.

Much like yourself, we continue to closely monitor the Coronavirus situation and how it may impact the health of our customers and employees. We continue taking the necessary safety precautions while striving for hassle-free, auto-body repair despite what may be happening within our communities.

Curbside Concierge: We’ll Meet You at Your Vehicle

Being that the COVID-19 situation is dynamic, Collision Works has launched its Curbside Concierge service, where team members at each location will gladly meet you at your vehicle as another means of following social distancing recommendations from the CDC. Simply call the store’s phone number once you arrive and someone will meet you at your vehicle. You may find each stores’ phone number on the location’s webpage or call our toll-free number, 844-422-5529 and be transferred.

How Collision Works is currently keeping you and our employees safe:

  • We routinely disinfect high-traffic areas inside our stores, in hopes to decrease any contamination and the spread of germs.
  • We use disinfecting wipes and/or sprays to wipe down the high-touched areas of each vehicle both before and after the repair: steering wheel, gear shift, seatbelt mechanisms, door handles and controls.
  • We implemented and practice social distancing as recommended by the CDC with Curbside Concierge services and continuing our free pick-up and delivery services.
  • Because of the nature of our business, we continue our processes and procedures for when we encounter bodily fluids in vehicles.
  • Strengthening our Priority Program for first-responder and essential delivery vehicles.

Please know that Collision Works is preparing and adapting its processes and procedures given the ever-changing needs and will continue this as additional information is released. Our attempt is to help lessen any health impact of our customers and employees.

For customers wanting to limit their public exposure, we continue to offer:

Repair Quotes or Estimates:

  • Digital estimates through our website. Simply visit the Request A Quote web page and complete the online estimate form.
  • We will pick up your vehicle and bring it back to one of our 31 locations for an estimate. Call the store nearest you to schedule a free estimate pick up.
  • Email Customer Service photos and a description of your vehicle to cs@collision-works.com.
  • We continue our at-store estimates. We kindly ask our customers to remain in their vehicles and use our Curbside Concierge service so that we can adhere to the CDC’s social distancing recommendation. Thank you for respecting our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Free Pick Up & Delivery:

  • The Collision Works team is ready to pick up your vehicle for repairs. We’ll gladly deliver your vehicle back to you after the repair at no cost to you or your insurance company.

We at Collision Works believe in creating a work environment that wholeheartedly offers opportunity for our team members to achieve their goals and grow both professionally and personally. We do this by building a team that consistently guarantees the satisfaction of our guests and the success of our Company.
